Lifestyle and habit are the two things that define who we are and how we want to live. We go on each day living in a place on our own terms consciously or subconsciously and create a daily habit on the thing we are doing every single day. A routine is formed from the moment we wake up until we get back to sleep again. This aids us to organize all the important things in our lives and accomplish everything that we need to. Understanding the basic principle of life is one way to live it, and being able to generate routine can help you survive.

Everything we do has a consequence and whenever we posses a bad habit we have to surpass the outcome that comes afterwards. If you form a habit of smoking, drinking, taking medications without prescription and eating unhealthy foods the consequence is poor health. But, if we take in consideration doing daily exercise, avoid unwanted vices, eating healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, and socializing with smart-minded people then the result of your daily actions is good.

Two uncomplicated habits can produce good health and a better life for you and the people around you: nutrition and exercise.
