Born in Colorado, Bush attended high school at the prestigious Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas and later studied fashion design at BEBE and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. She graduated from Princeton University in 2006 where she majored in Anthropology. Bush is an accomplished model and is represented by Elite Model Management. She has graced the covers of Vogue and Vanity Fair and modeled for the likes of Abercrombie as well as Hilfiger.
The couple met in 2004 and many details about the wedding were kept under wraps before the big day. On Sunday morning, Bush heralded the big event through Twitter, stating, “Good morning world… I’m getting married today! Yay! Xo.”
George W was among the attendees, but H.W. and Barbara couldn’t make it due to concerns over the effects of the altitude on H.W.’s health. Interestingly, Ivanka Trump was among the invited, and she brought her daughter Arabella to the festivities.
In addition to a rodeo event, the elder Lauren made available to guests a variety of teepees, cabins and a saloon. The double dose of Lauren is not lost on Bush, and she reportedly will go with Lauren Bush-Lauren.
