Yoga is a kind of therapy or practice that involves your muscle and body movement, this kind of relaxation doesn’t only focus on the physical development but also on the spiritual and emotional aspects of life. This has been a very popular source of exercise especially to stressed and overworked people. Everyone who tried yoga must’ve known how essential and helpful this practice is, and due to the continuous development of yoga fitness workouts have gone over bound.

Every year Lululemon Athletica hosts a global day for yoga known as, Salutation Nation. Last year, only 100 people participated in the Yoga event in Tampa and so this year they’re expecting more people to join in the healthy event. They’re hoping that it would double or triple the participants desire to feel good inside and out. Tampa will unite with the world for a morning of yoga on September 10, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. outside of the Tampa Museum of art. So, take a part on this event and roll out your mat and do yoga.

The yoga event is also hosting calming and relaxing classes at locations all over the globe, so yogis can perform together, too.
